From Prime Minister
Congratulatory messages for weddings and birthdays may be requested from the Prime Minister’s office. Letters will be provided for 25th, 30th, 35th, 40th, and 45th wedding anniversaries and for 65th and 70th birthdays.
Certificates will be provided for 50th wedding anniversaries and up and for 75th birthdays and up. Submit request 3 weeks prior to event to allow time for delivery.

From Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II or Governor General of Canada

To request a message from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II or the Governor General of Canada, please fill out the birthday and wedding anniversary Request Form (PDF) and follow the instructions.

Messages from the Governor General will be sent for 50th Anniversaries (Minimum) and at 5 year intervals following; as well as for 90th Birthdays (Minimum) and at 5 year intervals following.
Messages from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will be sent for 60th Anniversaries (Minimum) and at 5 year intervals following; as well as for 100th Birthdays (Minimum) and every year thereafter.

**Requests for message from The Queen must be accompanied by proof of marriage/birth. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. Forms are accepted by email**
